An efficient, modern, IT-based purchasing function is an essential and strategic backbone within any organisation. Our procurement approach is driven by three key pillars: supply security, quality, and price – in this order. The Operational Purchasing team’s mission is to secure products of the necessary quality, at the optimal cost, at the right time. Achieving this requires continuous optimisation of processes and systems, communication with global suppliers, and working in partnership with internal stakeholders.
